Terms and Conditions of Booking – Messy Days Cleaning Co.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All cleaning appointments must be booked in advance by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
A minimum booking time of 2 hours applies.
2. Access to Premises
You must ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
If cleaners are unable to access the property, a call-out fee of 50% of the booking value will apply.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booking value.
If you are not present at the time of service and haven’t arranged access, the full-service fee will be charged.
On a rare occasion we may need to reschedule a regular booking. If this happens, we’ll always give you at least 48 hours' notice and work with you to find an alternative date/time.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion.
We accept payment via cash, credit card, invoice, bank transfer, apple pay.
Overdue payments may incur a late fee of 25% per month.
For large jobs worth over the value of $800, we may require a 50% deposit before commencing work.
5. Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any issues.
We reserve the right to inspect and rectify any concerns.
Refunds are at our discretion.
6. Liability
Messy Days Cleaning Co. holds public liability insurance covering up to $10,000,000.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage due to poor structural integrity.
Valuables and fragile items should be secured before the service.
7. Health & Safety
Cleaners reserve the right to leave any environment they consider unsafe.
We do not handle biohazardous materials or extreme hoarding situations unless previously agreed.
8. Fair Use Policy
The service time includes all cleaning activities, setting up, and packing away.
If the property requires extra time due to unusual conditions, additional charges may apply.
9. Privacy
All customer information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing cleaning services.
We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law
10. Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website or upon request
11. Photography and Marketing
With your permission, Messy Days Cleaning Co. may take before-and-after photos of the areas we clean. These photos may be used for training, quality assurance, social media, and marketing purposes.
We will never include identifying personal information (e.g., names, addresses).
If you prefer not to have any photographs taken or shared, please inform us before the service begins.
